Precise Landscaping

Trimming could be neater.

Armando was very responsive and considerate. He did a great job and I would definitely hire him again. I'm not sure if the rate he charged me was his usual rate or if he was charging a premium b/c of the urgency of the job but it seemed a little steep. Worth it though for the great service I got.

I actually give him no stars. He is not as thorough as my prior landscaper - misses portions of grass. He also leaves the monthly bill in my front door. We never use the front door and consequently, the bill eventually blows away. I found the last bill in the bushes and I owed for 2 months. Then he stopped showing up. All he had to do was call me to ask about the payment and I would have sent payment immediately. August is a very busy time of year for me and I don't keep track of payments as well as I should. However, a simple phone call would have resolved the whole issue. He's not professional and I do not recommend him.

did not use, did it myself thanks

Quick response, great job.

Precise Landscaping - Armando Lopez - Not satisfied. Cancelled service after 2.5 weeks

Very dependable and diligent. Good work.

They were a great company to work with. We needed our lawn thatched and they quoted us a very reasonable price that included all of the clean-up and a one time mowing that was unexpected. They were quick with the quote and the job as well. Thanks!

Armando was fabulous. Very nice, very helpful, very quick. The crew that was here really put in a hard days work. I was very pleased.

One thing that I look for when I am working with a contractor is their ability to make things right when things go wrong. There was something that Precise did not do that I had requested, and I felt comfortable enough with them to let them know that they had missed something, and they immediately came back to make it right! Also, Precise went out of their way to get one of their subs for hardscaping out to help with some brick work that they were not completely experienced doing yet. It went beautifully, and I purposely waited a year to put my rating in so that I could give the project enough time to settle. There has been no heaving or settling of the brickwork.

I would prefer not to fil this out.

Good customer service. Easy to work with.

I met with Armando and discussed what I wanted. His pricing was great and he offered a year warranty. My bushes and plants were in the following week.

Armando called me immediately when I submitted the request. He showed up that day and called with a quote the next day. Very professional and the work looks great, I would definitely hire him again!!!

Friendly, fast, affordable service

When the project was first completed it looked great. Within 2 weeks weeds had come up through every bed that he was supposed to put the black fabric down under the mulch. which means the balck fabric is not covering the entire bed and is poorly laid. I HAVE WEEDS EVERYWHERE AGAIN... only now it's all coming up through the mulch. I am not happy.

Armando used LS architect for design. Employees were great workers and cared. The final result is an excellent engineered product. Just one problem. At final inspection, I pointed out that a wall looks unfinished where it curves around by my garage, and needs about a 2 course section 2 ft long. I needed to call Servicemagic to get it done, but again the work was excellent and I would use Precise again. In fact, I have some brick work for my driveway that I'd like Armando to do.

We were very happy with the quality of work and time frame our project was completed in. We would definitely use Precise Landscaping for future projects.

Great pricing, caring professionals!

Job well done. Very professional. Showed up on-time, had the job done in a timely manner. Reasonably priced. Will definitely hire again.

They were very good and meet our price that we asked for. Armondo even gave us a discount when our neighbor decided to do his lawn also. So that worked. His workers were very good, fast and clean. Yes, I would recommend them as I did for our neighbors. I also will be using them again for our fall clean up.

They were very professional and on time .. Armando came at the time he said he would and was on time for when the job was planned and went above and beyond doing more then was asked. Very professional and will be using them more often for projects around the yard and Garden

Always on time. Always a good job. Always available to answer questions. Very high quality service...Precise you might say!

I've hired them for the summer's lawn maintenance. Their spring clean up was excellent. My beds haven't looked this good in years and all of the pesky little leaves were taken away.

Very satisfied.
