Quality of the job performed was very good, although it was slightly expensive than others. On a separate note, I didn't get the advertised internet 2yr Energy Savings Agreement discount since I didn't ask for it at the time of sign-up. I realized it a few hours later & even though I called right away, they wouldn't offer me the discount and give a refund, which I feel they should have been able to do it especially when I asked for it the same day.
