Very prompt price estimate. Cost estimate did not contain quite the detail of work scope and costing that I need to evaluate a potential roof contractor. Failed to include replacement cost of skylights, which were discussed during our work requirement overview. Also, everything was rolled up into a very fuzzy total cost estimate - again no detail.
