Preferred Electric helped me with a leaky water heater. They were quick to respond and get it replaced the morning after I noticed it was leaking. Except for the fact I had to help lift it, I would have given them 5 stars.

Herb, the plumber that came out, is top notch. Very friendly and honest with his work. I also talked with Terry Moulton (the owner) on the phone and he was very accommodating by sending Herb out on a Saturday and doing the work on a Monday when I was going to be home. This company has earned my respect and my call back business for ALL of my plumbing needs (as long as I can get Herb back on any plumbing job I have for them).

Great experience. They came out, installed a toilet I was having trouble with and reinstalled a pedestal sink within an hour. Parts reasonable. Return visit (because of a small leak only apparent the next day), free of charge and quickly scheduled. Thanks guys!

The service provided was excellent and the cost was pretty close to whatI figured it would be. I have used preferred for an electric repair as well as a plumbing issue and have been very happy with them both times. I recommend them highly. For electric, ask for Andy...he was tops in my book.

Plumber who was sent out, didn"t know what needed to be done to stop running of the toilet. I had to be very insistant with him or he would have left with my checck and nothing would have been fixed. Felt the man was not very pro-active.

When they came to service they charged me a lot more than what they told me over the phone. So I posted negative comments. One month later they called me and apologized what happened and gave me credit. So I updated the rating. Again the service man was professional, polite and knew what he was doing. I wasn't happy about the difference btw their quote and final bill. But again they tried to correct their mistake. So I give them good rating now.
