Had 7 new windows and one patio door nstalled in 2007. The force from installing the sliding glass door ajar the inside door frame. I did not realize the mishap until winter came; the inside of my home felt like the outside due to the gap left in my sliding glass door frame. Currently, water is seeping through one of my windows and this companys company is nowhere to be found. Now my windows' lifetime warrant is useless.

Vinyl Siding Install or Completely Replace

Sliding Door Installation
Both the Sliding Glass patio door and front entry door are exceptional in quality. The day of the installation the crew got tied up on another job and arrived very late. They appeared rushed to get my job done, they still did a quality job. Only wonder if they were not so rushed if the installation would have been even better.

Scheduled 2-day job. Day 2 had to be rescheduled due to crew being sick. On the rescheduled 2nd day of work, little or no clean-up afterwards was done. Crew was packing up to leave and had to be shown that some of the windows had not even been chalked on the outside of the home. They did stay to finish, but was done very rushed and caulk was not done as neatly done as day-1 work had been done. They do an excellent job, as long as the crew is not in a hurry due to being behind on the work load/schedule. Windows themselves look great!

I had changed the time of the job from a morning job to an afternoon job but they showed up at the morning time. I'm glad I was home. In the beginning I was told that my storm door was able to be replaced with the new door and that was not necessarily the case. The door looks good and works well, small details were the frustrating part. I would try the company again but definitely watch them closer.

Poor! I signed a contract for 3 doors as of July 30, 2005. The salesman was prompt and courteous. I was hopeful. Three months passed as well as numerous phone calls before I we received the doors. While they look great the installer had to come out three times to finalize the installation. Cannot recommend this firm.

I ordered a door from them on March10, 2004. They did not install it until July 2, 2004. I experienced a problem with the measurement, the door ordering, and the installation was rescheduled 2 times. I was given excuses (they said they had to order a special door frame, but they didn't even install a new frame?!?) The actual door sems to be of good quality, but every step of the process to get that door was a hassle for me.

The installation was highest quality. The workman was very professional and did a wonderful job. He left with the door very professionally installed, cleaned everything up, and did not make a mess anywhere. I was totally pleased.

The door has not been installed as of yet but the expiriencece so far is very positive. The sales rep was very profesional and everyone has shown up exactly when they said they would.
