Doug Guild responded to my inquiry promptly and inspected same day. The service provided was thorough and professional. The lab results were provided in a couple of work days. i was notified by email with copies of lab documents, and Prescott Environmental Associates called to discuss the results with me. I was satisfied with the work and service. I went along with the cost for professional inspection and lab confirmation because for me, peace of mind is priceless. I recommend this company for your residential needs.

Prescott Environmental was helpful in getting my old tile tested in a prompt manner and getting me results. I did not get a document stating so which would have been helpful but in this case, a word from them was good enough to proceed in getting rid of my vinyl tiles in my kitchen.

Prescott was very easy to use. I dropped off a sample from our ceiling for testing at their lab, and the turn around was very quick. I'd give them 5 stars but the fee of $65 for looing at a sample through a miscroscope, does seem a bit steep.

Very pl;easant, easy to talk to, professional, accomodating. Hopefully, we will be doing inspection on the 26th if weather allows. Thanks, Phyllis
