This is a very professional company. They confirm appointments a day in advance via phone, and they give a one hour (instead of four hours!) window for when the pest control expert will arrive. I worked with Ellis, who I believe is the owner. He was prompt, knowledgeable and willing to take the time to answer my questions. It was threatening to rain the afternoon he came out to deal with a vole in our back yard, and he pointed out that the moisture from the rain could neutralize the treatment. So he came back two days later, when the weather was dry, to complete the treatment. Thanks, Ellis!

Ellis (the owner) called us back immediately after we contacted his company -- and it was nearly 8pm. He was able to schedule an appointment the very next day Ellis is very professional, thorough, knowledgeable, honest, and a really kind, friendly person. He was able to educate us about our issue and reassure us. I would hire Prestige any time I had a pest issue and highly recommend him/them.

Ellis is the owner and came out to look at my issue. Unfortunately, I was heading out of town and unreachable and my wife had to deal with what turned out to be pavement ants. Ellis was completely honest with her, charged us only a very nominal fee for his time, and didn't try to sell her any products or services we didn't need. He was courteous, professional, honest, and reasonably priced. He will be who I call next time I need assistance and I will refer his business to my friends as well.

We required extermination of a vole infestation. It will be a while before we know how effective it was.

I am SO PLEASED with Prestige Pest Management! I called late in the afternoon and they were at my home the next day! Ellis did a very thorough inspection, explained everything to me, listened, answered my questions, was timely, courteous, and even took his shoes off before stepping into my home. And, Prestige's prices were far below the competition. An incredible value, and now I have peace of mind. I now know why I had mice, I know they are gone... I learned more about rodents than I ever wanted to, but I'm much more informed now. I would recommend Prestige to anyone!
