I hired then to replace my roof and install a roof on a newly built garage, they were punctual, polite, knowledgeable and friendly and left the house cleaner than it was when they started... they were not the cheapest, but I KNOW I got a good roof and a quality job. Andrew was a distinguished Naval vet. Always like doing business with other vets.. GO NAVY

They do not inspect their work, which this could have been prevented if that was done.

"Company provided photos of completed roof to customer and customer paid bill upon completion. Another roofer the customer was friends with inspected the roof by pulling up the brand new shingles to take pictures of the nail locations and incorrectly told her we nailed the roof incorrectly thus possibly voiding her manufacture warranty. This is yet to be determined by manufacturer. Prime Seamless provided documentation from CertainTeed corp showing the roof is installed correctly. CertainTeed Representative has also been involved stating roof was installed as per specifications. Roof has been inspected and is installed in accordance with city and local codes and SAM "shingle applicators manual" The roofer who involved themselves is planting lies in her head because he did not receive the bid award from her. We have asked for her to provide some sort of credentials of this man named "SEAN" but she will not nor will he. They are claiming he holds numerous certifications but will not even send us his last name. We have answered any and all concerns with workmanship and provided written documentation that the roof is sound. We have also offered to have a 3rd party non bias inspector to inspect out work and she has declined on many occasions. We now consider this to be harassment and slander and will be looking into filing our own slander law suit should this continue."

Billy was a true professional. And did fantastic work. He knew his gutters and didn’t try to lie or evade answers. He was honest and straight up about everything from start to finish. I wish I had more gutters to install so I could ask him to do more work. I highly recommend prime seamless gutters and roofing to anyone looking for gutter and roofing work

After initial miscommunication regarding our return email address for our estimate, Billy was very responsive, timely, did quality work and adjusted his initial estimate to our exact work request. Although a heavy rain has not occurred when the moderate rain came the gutters worked fine.

Their employees didn't secure the synthetic overlay properly overnight, so I ended up with leaks on the ceiling, but Clif Meneley made sure the damage was repaired in a timely manner.

The roof inspector that gave me the free quote was polite and very knowledgeable. Incredibility brave guy to walk on such a steep roof. The work was completed quickly and in a neat manner. Finally, I am happy to report the work was tested this past weekend and the area with the roof leak passed the test. Kudos for Prime Seamless Gutters and Roofing, LLC!

The owner was knowlegable, friendly and curteous. Did not talk down to me and recognised that I knew what I needed and understood the process. The workers were on time, got to work immediatly, were curteous and did an excellent job of roofing my two story shed. They cleaned up after themselves and even cut some trim wood that needed replacing. I am well happy with this company.
