The sprinkler system was installed prior to planting of shrubs and trees. Proscape's Hal Fidlow had promissed to adjust/add more heads after the plantings had been completed. On contacting him around November 2005, he had said that he would do it during summer/spring of 2006. I have been attempting to contact him for the last one month and have left 4 messages and also sent one e-mial to his Blackberry - but he has not responded. Hopefully, you guys can nudge him to take care of his promiss right away.

Pro Scape installed french drains in basement and improved water drainage around the exterior. Israel and his crew have great work ethic. Most contractors leave the clean-up to the homeowner. These guys cleaned up! They even vacuumed a hat that got dusty. Hal has a great team.

Hal and his crew went above and beyond my expectations and kept to the quoted price. They came through and did demolition work that a second contractor I had scheduled to work backed out at the last minute. They were neat, courteous, and very professional. Hal is an all-around professional. He was prompt, courteous and extremely efficient. He had his team in within a matter of days and was able to exceed our expectations at each point of contact, starting with his willingness to come out and give an initial estimate at 9:30 pm at night because that was the only time that would work for me. Hal made the process painless and I would highly recommend his services to anyone in need of a sprinkler system.
