Floors look great! Minimal dust left. Workers showed up on time and did a thorough job!

Great work, came out beautifully. Only issues: 1. On 2nd day, crew was late and didn't call ahead. As a result, they finished late and disrupted our plans for the evening. 2. While removing/replacing our baseboards they cut the wiring to the phone jack. But after a call they agreed to refund the cost of replacing the jack, which was perfectly acceptable to me. Overall, a very good experience, and the floors came out great!

We purchased our own flooring from ifloor.com. Our house is old with floors that aren't perfectly level or walls that are perfectly straight. Ivan did a fantastic job working with the quirks of the rooms. He also did a seamless leveling job where we had a drop between rooms, which far exceeded our expectations. As well, at our request, he made a custom stair nose from our chosen "exotic wood". It's probably not as smooth looking as a factory-made one would have been, but we couldn't get one in short order. The stair nose absolutely meets our needs and quality standards. We're quite glad to have something that matches perfectly, too. Throughout our meetings, Ivan was on time and courteous. He did a good job of conveying what could be done without overwhelming us "newbies" as some contracters have done.

They postponed the first day of schedule, but after that they were right on time. The result is nice, but a lot of dust. Overall I think I would recommend them to everyone with a medium budget.

The hardwood floor has been done professionally and we are happy with it. The hardwood boards installed on the stairs are less than perfect, some nails are visible, the sanding of the stairs is not as smooth as the flat surfaces.

I contacted several contractors and Ivan seemed to be the one most familiar with installing a Kahrs engineered floor at a reasonable price. The others were really more interested in installing a swedish floor. Ivan did all the work on time and as he said he would. Would rate Quality Very good except for one small problem with a heater vent that I will fix. In general excellent.

overall we are very happy with the work that was done and the price. We weren't totally happy that we paid for plastic for dust covering but there ended up being dust all over the place...but that is our only complaint.

One impressive thing about Professional Hardwood Floor Service is that they custom mix stain colors for you, so you get exactly the color you want. We love our new floors!

Excellent except: 1) we paid extra for moving furniture. They moved it to do the work but didn't move it back. 2) we paid to have trim reinstalled after flooring done. They did excellent work on what they did. They didn't finish trimming around 2 doors so we had to do quickly before the painters arrived.

Extremely courteous and prompt. The floors were finished nicely, however they did not clean up very well & damaged wallpaper. -- Lack of follow up. I contacted them to discuss the problems and their was no response. -- Would not suggest using.

I WAS 100% SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE I RECIEVED!! I HAD SEVERAL QUESTIONS IN THE PROCESS, AND THERE WERE ADDITIONAL CONCERNS AFTER THE JOB WAS COMPLETED - THESE WERE ALL ADDRESSED PROMPTLY AND WITH NOTABLE PROFESSIONALISM AND COURTESY. THEY TOOK CARE OF SEVERAL ITEMS THAT WERE OVERLOOKED IN THE INITIAL QUOTE AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. I FELT THEY STRIVED TO 'DO THE JOB RIGHT'. THANK YOU PHFS - I LOVE MY FLOORS!
