They were outstanding and they got the job done in outstanding time, I can't say enough about them, and I have referred them to a couple of friends

Chris arrived and was very personable. We agreed to a price, a timeline and a style of fence. We didn't hear from him again. We called him and he still didn't follow up. We'll have to find someone else, and all those months waiting for Chris was wasted.

Chris was very prompt with getting in touch with us and setting an appt to come give us an estimate. We decided to go with him since he was the nicest and polite installer we met. He started his project and finished it on Saturday. He and his worker did an amazing job and you can tell that they take a lot of pride in their work as it shows in how well the put up our fence. They also installed a mailbox for us too which was very appreciated since they didnt have too. I would use Prolong fence again for another project or any repairs needed (which i hope there is none :-D) I will rec mended him to any friends or people looking for a fence.

I needed installation right away. Chris responded and got the job done right the first time and within the short time frame I gave him to work with. Job well done.

He offered a better price compared to other qoutes. We did not receive a written quote (due to a computer problem I think) and somehow he ended up ordering the wrong size gates. This was not noticed until the fence was mostly installed, however Chris solved the problem very satisfactorily.

We had damage to a PVC fence in April - since then we have tried numerous "fence" companies to get the fence repaired - all said they could not find the material or weren't interested. Within 2 weeks of finding Chris our fence is repaired! He was very responsive, professional, did excellent work and was priced fairly. Chris was a pro. He answered my calls promptly. He was friendly and out going, as was his helper. They did a wonderful job. It was a small job, but the service was big. He also was very careful not to do any damage to my garden, which the fence was in the middle of and I am very thankful for that. I definitely recommend this company!!!.

He even went above and beyond by coming on Sunday to install a temporary fence for my dog when my neighbors unexpectedly took their fence down...This was one of the best experiences I have had with any contractor I have worked with.
