Really appreciated the quick response to our problem - someone was at our lake home within 2 days of our initial call and was ready to give an estimate and do the work right then. We have to wait to see how well the problem was solved, but for now, we're satisfied. (Have to say the service is kind of expensive - $400 - but who else is going to do such work)
