Prompt Computer Solutions

Had them repair noisy fans in my PC. Then, computer wouldn't boot. After they removed fan (requiring removal of heat-sink & core chip, and reinserting with new fan, the computer failed to bootup. He showed me the core chip, with many bent and missing prongs. Their rep, Chris, wanted to know who worked on this before. No one ever worked on this PC. At first, he suggested this wasn't his fault, then came back, took PC to MicroCenter for repair. To their credit, they fixed it at no cost to me, including their fees. But, even after error on bootup, I was told I'd now have to talk to MicroCenter for any issues. PC works again, but has some errors.

I employed Chris Coyne to repair my computer. I have had many problems with it and have in the past paid a great deal to supposedly repair the problems. He made me feel very comfortable having him in my home to repair my computer. Chris informed me what was wrong and what could be done to repair my computer. Chris was upfront about the cost of repair, materials and time. His clarity and knowledge was excellent, simple and easy to understand. My computer has been running at full capacity. I use my computer every day for work and personal use, it was important to me that this work was completed promptly and accurately. Chris accomplished both. I am more that satisfied with his work.
