Asphalt Shingle Roofing Installation and Replacement
Prostruction did a roof replacement for me. I was very happy with the work crew and sales, they were all very professional. The crew worked efficiently, kept the site tidy and cleaned up after the job was finished. It's been six months since the roof was installed and no problems.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Installation and Replacement
Mike seamed that he needed the sale. his initial estimate was within my budget for what we discussed and he wanted to secure the sale on the spot. I refused until i got a written estimate. The sticky point was the leaky side of the roof, which I wanted a complete teardown and replacement of the wood and to fix the slope. The other side was to be determined if substructure needed repair at time of job at an extra cost. The contract was worded as replacing damaged wood for the entire roof which i did not catch in time to refuse the job. The work itself looks good, but it is questionable if the roof pitch is adaquite. Mike did apologize.

They haven't finished the job yet, as the wrong winows were ordered. They are, however, very courtieous, and the part of the job that IS complete, I am happy with---so far.

Had some issues with the project missed spots etc. Contacted main office and they did come out and repair the areas with issues. Overall result was good job.

Although there was some confusion getting the project started and communicating with the salesman, the work was outstanding and thorough and the men were extremely friendly and consciences. I got a great price for the work and will definately use them again for my next project.

Beware consumer! Eight months ago we signed a contract and put down a deposit to finish our basement. On the contract it states that if a permit is not secured we would have our deposit returned to us. Eight months later and after several requests through fax and certified letter we have not had a response from Prostruction. They have been very unprofessional and asked us to pay fees that were not part of the original contract, so consumer beware!

A horrendous experience. At the end of two weeks I was left with plumbing work which was leaking and not done to code, a flooded basement & a new baseboard heater that did not work. All this for remodeling a small bathroom/shower. The contractor denied responsibility for the water in the basment and eventually stopped returning phone calls and e-mails. I have since paid $2000 to have the plumbing and heating redone correctly.

He does good work and if there is a problem he is prompt to come back and get it handled. He is great with people. I would recommend him.
