Marvin was very personable and professional. After interviewing 3 companies I chose Protech- their fees were the lowest and they use the same products as the more expensive companies. What more can you say about a local company where employees have stayed for over 20 years?

Very friendly and professional home technicians however phone staff could be more responsive. Pest control seems to work fairly well. They are very sensitive to special attention of kids and pets (big plus). Overall highly recommended.

Great! My tech, George, was prompt, knowledgable, and he took the time to listen to my concerns, explain what he was doing and why. He even explained a little bit about the flea egg life-cycle! He was very clean, wearing little booties to keep from getting the carpet dirty, and courteous, asking permission before walking around. Overall GREAT expereince! Ask for George!

They came and did a very thorough inspection of our home to assess our needs and have been doing a wonderful job dealing with them. Our camelback cricket problem is finally under control after wasting 4 years with another company. We love that Protech focuses on the outside of the house instead of putting lots of chemicals inside where we have a newborn and a 2 year-old who's into everything. Our technician always shows up on schedule and is great about coming for issues between visits. Highly recommend.
