Company did an emergency replacement on a mobile home and did it fast. Bit expensive, but that's expected for an emergency repair. But it was a rental in another town and it took a bit to get a copy of the paperwork. Would recommend them. They are professional and courteous.

We didn't have any work done the contractor went out to make sure that there weren't any leaks. They responded promptly and carried through as they said that they would.

I feel the company over charged for the service. The service call was not an emergency call they came out on a standard call time wise. The work was completed to satifaction but the cost was very excessive. They replaced a foot long piece of pipe on a water heater and a drain valve and charged $228 for it. The tach said the cost of the parts was probably around $30 and he was there about an hour, I think it was excessive for this amount of work.

Mr. Kenneth Zapen was the tech that was sent out to my home. I thought he was understanding of the situation. Then he went out to his truck to get prices and to try to establish an estimate. Upon his return, he stated that his distributer thought the unit was odd sized and the price was going to be much higher than guestimated. I took Mr Zapen to my laptop and brought up Lowes website. By punching in 48" X 42", there apeared 138 units available. This is where we parted company. I said there will be no buisness done here. I paid the $49.00 service fee with no good feelings at all.

"I'm very sorry that you hold such a grudge against us for not dealing with home depot on a regular basis? Our wholesaler that we use as a main supplier doesn't carry that size unit in stock. I'm sorry that something so trivial set you off so badly :( As I understand it, we did offer to install a unit from your supplier to try to make you happy. Good luck with your project."
