Proven Air

Did a good job and explained to me what they were doing. Moved through the house without disturbing anything.

Contractor finally made it to the 3rd scheduled appointment, but the work was professional and well done. I did not receive all discounts that were offered, but I didn't complain because it was a Saturday and we were just happy to have the work completed. Contractor was descrete and knowledgeable, and wasn't afraid to access the crawl space to evaluate and perform work needed. Work was performed efficiently, and recommendations were provided for future mitigation of maintenance problem(s).

I am rather disappointed with the quality of work....I don't think that the "in-house" vacuum system is as efficient as an exterior "truck" vac system. The vents and covers were not washed or wiped clean. There were filters placed in the vent covers and an extra set left for replacement. The worker did not use covers on his shoes as I was told he would and I have old, inlaid hardwood floors and pale area rugs. There were bits of black soot/dust around several of the vents. I vacuumed and damp mopped after the work was done. Would use a different system next time.

Cleaned air ducts okay. I don't think their vacuum is strong enough to get all the debris out. Stuff still flies out of the vents today. I think the TRUCK vacuum would have been better. One of my vent pipes was small and they couldn't clean it thoroghly. They only had one size of vacuum hose. They mis-advertised the sanitizing the vents. There was no sanitziing. Too bad.

very friendly and informative

Micah was very diligent and affable. He was good about communicating what had been done.

The service person was very friendly and professional, answering all of my questions and explaining the process. He arrived promptly and worked efficiently. It's hard to tell how well it cleaned because I can't see inside the vents, but he seemed to do a very thorough job. I'd gladly recommend this company to others.

They called and came early to our scheduled appt., which I liked!

The technician was on time, knew his business and went the second mile to get the job done. He did more than the job called for with no increase in the cost. I was very pleased with the service and the contractor.

The serviceman called and was running a little late. That was OK with me. He looked and acted professionally.
