That's the extra service you get when you deal with long-time, local vendor. The crew was on-time, experienced and professional. They were prompt, doubled measured the windows (2 separate persons) and were neat, careful, cleaned up (the windows I had were 29 years old). They did a wonderful, professional job and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Also the quality of the windows and the warranty are outstanding.
