Overall Sharon did a good job and was friendly and responsive. However, she did not show up at her scheduled appointment time, and I had to call to remind her of the appt. Luckily, she was in my area and could come over promptly. Otherwise, she was great and we would use her again.

"Not only did we do a good job for this customer, but we saved them money. They were told that they needed a new garbage disposal. After examining the mechanical & electric, we were able to repair it on site at a saving to the customer. The customer was charged a service call fee instead of replacing the disposal.Also, I was less than 10 minutes late because I was stuck in heavy traffic."

Sharon Santangelo at P&S Mechanical Inc is the best. They were very quick to respond to my request and came out immediately. She did a wonderful job and explained everything to me in detail, straight talker and extremely competent as well as prompt. In a business were many take advantage of a customers, P&S Mechanical Inc makes you feel informed and does not take advantage of you. I have and will keep recommending them!

Excellent work and I recommend them! They found damage more severe than it first appeared, so the job became more time consuming (thus more expensive) and was complicated by the very old plumbing and cast iron pipes in the house. They did an excellent job of replacement and repair and did not take shortcuts or half-measures that would have resulted in bigger problems for us in the future. They also showed up at the time they said they would.

The job took 5 days, they said it would be done in 2. We were without hot water for 3 nights, rather than one. Several of the days, they didn't show up until the afternoon (they had 'emergencies' they said.) The basement is finished, and was left a mess (rust deposits left in the bathtub, hand prints on the wall). As the work progressed, and took longer than expected, they gave me no information about why things were taking longer, or when I could expect to have hot water again. They STILL have not returned my house-key. The owner was very nice about all of this, and knocked something off the bill, but it doesn't make up for all the problems.

"Workers were on the job everyday. The customer knew there would be no hot water for several days.This was an extensive dirty oil boiler soot filled heating system replacement. My workers always clean the job site and use drop clothes.The key was left in the mailbox where we were told to leave it.Rust deposits on the tub were already present.One of the most difficult customers I have worked for."

I thought I had already submitted my comments. sorry for the delay. We were thoroughly pleased with the workmanship provided by Sharon Santangelo. She is a superior worker and genuine, honest person. It was a pleasure having her in our home. This was a great way to find a plumber, I would recommend it to anyone.
