They did a great job. the job was done quickly and expertly. The workers were very professional and really knew what they were doing. The only problem was that they were later than they originally said and didn't call to let us know, but otherwise the work was flawless and we were very happy with their work.

Gas Piping
I rent a home in Laguna Beach and live out of town. Sometimes it can be difficult to find someone that is dependable and skilled to complete the job at hand, especially when it is a Friday, the gas has been turned off, your tenant is taking cold showers and time is of the essence. I was encouraged by Mr.Brown's confidence and his willingness to move quickly to the site, analyze the problem and explain what needed to be done. His estimate was very reasonable and he was ready to complete the job on Saturday. It was a pleasure to be able to depend on a reliable contractor at a critical time. 5 STARS. KUDOS TO PSI PLUMBING! Did not show up when they said they would, did not clean up I had to,and saw it was still leaking and they charged me again for what should have been done right the first time. It took two days for a faucet replacement. The owner Ron was very rude to me, very poor customer service and unprofessional.

"My plumber arrived later then expected, this is correct. He replaced the owner supplied faucet at that time. The old faucet had been leaking badly and everything was wet under the sink. The faucet never leaked when he was finished. Later the owner noticed that the angle stop to the dishwasher was leaking, something the plumber never came in contact with. We returned the next day to repair the angle stop at a discounted rate. The lady and I disagreed on the charge for the extra work. She felt there should have been no charge. The lady's husband later called me to say he felt we did a good job. The job was clean when my plumber left."

Overall, satisfied with work. Email'd pictures & talked over the phone about the job. By looking at the pictures, PSI pointed out over the phone that the job was simpler than I had thought. I appreciated the competency & up-front honesty. They quoted a price over the phone that I was agreeable with. The plumber who came out did what was discussed and charged what was agreed upon. Some areas for improvement: the plumber showed up a little later than he said he would. He seemed a little odd & unfriendly. Also the caulking job was poor. I had to supplement it with my own caulking after he left. But, overall, the job got done. Satisfied.

PSI plumbing is an unreputable organizaion. After pre-arranging the work date / time and hourly rate for fixing a leaky pipe under a kitchen sink, they did not show up. They phoned asking for significantly more money after not showing up. When phoning they mis-stated the simple work order as replacing garbage disposal - work which may not need to be performed. I would not recommend this organization to anyone. I am extremely dis-satisfied and 1 star is far more than is deserved. I wish PSI had never contacted me - because I re-arranged my busy schedule around this undependable organization.

"The Appointment was set up for Saturday morning @ 8:00 Am. My Tech. called @ 7:30 to be sure we were still on and left a message. The customer called back 15 minutes later. We confirmed the work as a leak repair with a "possible" Disposal replacement, which would cost an additional amount if needed. I also told him the same thing over the phone the day before. The customer for some reason believed the "additional" amount would be the total amount if a disposal was needed. My tech and the customer could not come to terms over the phone, so there was no need to go to the job site. We are a mostly "word of mouth" recommended company since 1979"

I had a great conversation with the owner and I thought he knew what I asked to have done. He never gave his plumber clear instructions. The plumber showed up and had no idea what to do. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

"My plumber new exactly what to do and I gave the customer an APPROX. price without seeing the job. The customer added to the scope of work and when the work reached the APPROX. quoted price he stopped the work and was upset that all the work he wanted wasn't complete yet. They could see that my plumber was working the whole time. The owner would not even pay for the parts used."
