Shane came out and looked at our problem--It was a very simple fix even though we had done everything we knew to do. And he did not make us feel like dumpkopfs! Thank you! Also the company will bill us for the service call though they do not know us. We will definitely use this company again.

After explaining the problem Philip advised me to contact the power company first. It was their problem and they fixed it free of charge. PWR Consultants could have charged me hundreds of dollars and I would not have known better. I'm happy to have an electrician that I can trust. I will definately hire them for future work. Thanks!
