Mr. Manini was great. He explained when I had questions and he dealt with a problem very professionally. He did such a great job I have already told people about him. We will definately use him from now on for electrical problems.

Within 2 hours of posting my needs on this website on received a call from Jack Manini from Quality Electrical Services. We set up a tentative time for the next day and he kept me informed of his estimated arrival time. While working on the project we ran into some snags & Mr. Manini put in several more hours than he had estimated. He was excellent to work with & I would recommend him to anyone who needs electrical work.

"Customer selected the fan but was not totally satisfied after installation. Fan was removed and replaced with another fan supplied by customer. Although much more work hours was involved due to the replacement, I wanted the customer to be not only "satisfied" but totally "happy" with the product as well as the installation and customer service."

The response and estimate were quick and accurate. The service was quick, and complete. The service manner was thoughtfull and considerate. The service price was very reasonable.

Jack was VERY efficient: called and made an appt w/ me the day I submitted my request. He was knowledgable and honest about the job and the costs. Prices were fair--I don't think it was too high or too low. The one thing that surprised me was that he was very conscientious about cleaning up after he was done. In my experience, most contractors leave the trash for you to clean up. Jack is very pleasant and strives to leave you as a satisfied customer; which I am. I would highly recommend him and will certainly use him again.
