This contractor was hired for several projects. The first project: Window and Board Repair/Replacement... contractor had to send someone back to complete a section that had been missed. The Second Project: Flood Cleanup (from a flood in Sept 2010)... contractor quoted a price for cleanup and then charged double claiming he needed more fans for areas affected. The Third Project: Repairs/Replacement from Flood... contractor quoted a price for all replacement of walls (per fire code standards) and paint and replacement of flooring in elevator but is billing $900 more for permits,etc and stating we can bill insurance co. separately for these.

We have nothing but wonderful things to say about our experience with QHR&M. We had 26 windows replaced in our home and couldn't be happier with the end result. They worked efficiently, were polite and very clean. They even offered to help us move an oversized couch that we could not have gotten into our upstairs media room without their assistance (they removed the old windows and four of them lifted it up and through the opening)! My husband and I plan to use them again in the future. In the meantime, we are recommending them to everyone we know!

Laird's crew did great!t. He lives nearby so came right over to give estimate and did work the next morning! Your service helps people find the service they need quickly. Before I found your website I called three different people/companies. With Each one I ran into roadblocks: No shows, couldn't do work until July, no response to voice mail. Your service iinspires the workman to do a good job because they know they will be appraised. Keep up the good work and keep up the quality control. Now I know I can find people to work for me that I can count on to do a good job. THANK YOU! I have already told several friends about your site.
