I'd actually rate them 4 and 1/2 stars. There were three companies that popped up for my zip code, and Dennis is the only person who took the opportunity to call ME; versus the other way around. He walked our yard and had his estimate ready before I asked him to do it! Had his act together. Very pleased with the service all around.

I received a phone call from Quiet Village about 20 minutes after I visited your website. We set up a meeting time for the next day. That week, my lawn was mowed and edged. My only issue is that I have a few irregularities in my lawn from where tree stumps were dug out and the mower hit oine of these spots and the lawn was cut in that spot and cut almost flush to the ground. I have not been contacted by any of the other organizations to date.

They showed up on Thursday instead of Friday, when I was told by Dennis that they would be there. I wasn't home. I needed the balcony leaves blown off into the yard, then the yard leaves blown out. Because the only access to the balcony is through the condo, they had to return (unannounced again) at 8:30 Friday morning. Although they wiped their feet on the way into the condo, they failed to do so when the came back into the condo from the balcony, resulting in my having to vacuum.

Excellent service and a fair price.

I hired them to remove leaves from my back yard and leave them in the street for city pickup. They did a good job removing the leaves, but dumped them in my front yard instead of the street for some reason. When I notified them, they sent over a crew the next morning and completed the job. They required a minimum of three people each working a minimum of one hour.

He immediately contacted me after my request. His crew is fast and does a great job. The price is unbeatable. I will definitely recommend him.
