Called me almost immediately. Plumbers did come the day promised albeit a bit late. Was told 12 to 3 but came after 4. Replaced a faucet and two valves in about 30 minutes. Charged me close to $1000.00. I would have asked for an estimate first but wanted to get wife off my back. Job done all right I guess. Just did not expect such a big bill.

They were quick to respond and arrived on time and diagnosed the problem and worked with us in finding a temp. solution. They also were very responsive when it was time to do the actual work. Unfortunately, it looks like we would have to get our association involved and hence for now the work is on hold but we would definitely call R A Nichols and Tom to do this for us. We would definitely use them for all our plumbing solutions.
