Absolute one on one personal service. When problems arise, they were deal with the issues at hand promptly and properly. If things take a little longer, you for sure get what you want the right way. It is white glove service.

a note of caution_ make sure that EVERYTHING is spelled out in the contract; a mistake I made myself. Otherwise you spend a lot of conversations with: "...but that wasn't in the contract..." as he tries to find a cheap way to do things...

Ryan Houston's construction company was excellent. Ryan discussed the full details of the project and payment schedule prior to starting. His contractor knowledge was very extensive. He completed the project on schedule, took care of a 3rd party plumber and kept them on schedule. The entire project was carried on in a most professional manner. He was on time to all meetings and scheduled work days and kept us appraised of any issues along the way. The work areas were clean at the end of each project day. Overall, an excellent job.
