About us

The Roy Knighton Legacy is a tribute to the memory of the exceptional craftsmanship of the village black smith. Roy Knighton's talents and dedication to quality meant no job was too big or too small. He used these ideals to assist his friends and neighbors in the early years of a small Idaho town. RKL Enterprises, LLC wants to continue on with those same ideals to help you with all of your home maintenance needs. The 20 years plus of electro/mechanical repair and 15 years of commercial facilities management has taught me there is no job too big nor too small. Whether you desire a full kitchen or bath tear out and remodel; or a repair or refinish of a deck or fence; or simply replacing a light switch to changing a light bulb, RKL Enterprises is here to help. In these economic trying times, many have found that it isn't possible to buy a new home just because there are some issues with their existing home. Perhaps homeowners don't have time or loads of spare cash to fix problems

I needed a short run of chain link fence installed with a gate as well as two barn-style doors built and put on a garage. R K L Enterprises was very responsive to my needs, polite, and showed up on time. They were very professional and did excellent work. The only reason they got 4 stars on value for money is that the price was about what I was expecting to pay. Highly recommend these guys.

Very prompt response and resolution of my fencing issue. His initial quote differed from the final cost, but he was careful to explain the reason and get my sign off before proceeding.

Cabinets - Repair
$900
after doing the initial cabinet for a verbal quote, he came back with a written quote for the rest of the cabinets, a total of 8 others for $1200.00 more than the original drawer fixing. Will not have him do anything of ours again nor am I going to use this site again.

Russ is the best contractor I have ever worked with. He set appointments and was punctual, he visited the worksite and took measurements, promptly gave me a quote on cost and even saved me money by purchasing pre-stained materials on sale! He worked fast, some hours were spent on his hands and knees while it was hailing out to get the job done in a timely manner and even returned to wash the finished deck off before he was done! my new deck is beautiful and I would highly recommend R K L for deck project! Angie Frisina-a VERY satisfied customer
