Very professional, thorough and detailed report. Answered all my questions honestly and accurately. Took about 6 days to turn-around the report, would have liked it a little sooner as I was anxious to set a more accurate selling price, but it all worked out fine. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and the report.

My appraisal had to be done twice to be somewhat correct. Even after the second time, the total square feet of my property was not 100% correct, but the difference was small enough that I let it go as it was. Additionally, I did not agree with 2 out of the 7 comps selected since they were in an adjacent neighborhood that has historically sold homes at a lower price than mine; therefore, I felt that my home appraised at a lower value than it should have.
