Our problem was crickets, mainly in the basement. Mr. Carethers' advised us that these could be dealt with by our spreading a pesticide outside the house. He later delivered the product to us and we have followed his directions. As of now, it is still too soon to evaluate its effectiveness, but we were satisfied that he knew how to handle the problem.
