Overall pleased that they installed a quality radon fan in my attic at the lowest price I could find. However, on Friday scheduled an appt. for the following Monday. Did not show or call. I called to find out what happened. Claimed that he did not understand that it had to be Monday. I clearly said I don't care what time you come on Monday as long as you come. Came Tuesday. Guy who came apologized and was very informative and cordial. Different guy then the one I spoke to. I would have liked to rate them higher, but I expected better customer service.

The existing radon mitigation fan made a lot of vibrating noise. The contractor showed up on time and replaced the mitigation fan in half hour. Noise is gone and we are very satisfied.

The work was done as contracted. There was little disturbance to our daily routines. They completed their work within a few hours. Within days the radon problem was reduced to almost non existance. Also, it may seem a small thing but they were the only company who would come to my home and spend time explaining the process.

There is only one radon specialist in the area but he knows what he is doing. Replaced a fan under warranty - everything done very professionally.

These guys came nearly immediately after I called (like next day service) and handled the job really well. They were totally professional, polite, respectful, and helpful. They even went above and beyond and swept out an attic area for me per my request. Great to work with people of this caliber. They were knowledgeable about the need and repair. The three men they sent arrived in a timely fashion. We discussed what they were to do. They made some adjustments that I requested.They were polite and professional. They knew their job and did it well. The man that was in charge was a very good supervisor.

Very prompt and accomodating. I even confused the day of the assessment and they showed-up at my request to accomodate my schedule. Great customer focus... Installation was efficient and clean. Would recommend without hesitation.

Fred came with a binder full of pictures of previous jobs. He produced a quote on-site, along with detailed documentation of the entire process. His warrantied radon levels were lower than the competition (2.0 pCi/L vs. 3.0 pCi/L) The job was finished quickly and effectively, reducing my radon levels to just over 1.0.

Very professional and mittigated the Radon which was the goal..

Radon Diagnostics gave me a guaranty that they would bring the radon level below 2. When this did not happen, they returned and installed a bigger pipe and fan, when it still didn't work, I spent almost 2 years calling, faxing and emailing them without getting them to respond. I have asked for a refund, but so far without a response. I have had to hire someone else to come in and remedy the situation. I would never recommend them to anyone. One star is too many.

They were extremely professional.

They offered a comparable quote and as a guarantee would come to install more pipes if the radon test did not come in under what we discussed. 2 days after my test came back over levels they were here to run more pipes. The guys made minimal mess and their work did not disturb my daily activity. All workers were courteous and knowledgable.

Pros: 1) Quality work 2) Employees were easy to work with. 3) excellent service agreement. Cons: They were late to the initial appointment for consultation but were on time when it came to installation.

Fred came by to do the estimate and was very informative. We received the estimate as well as estimates from other companies and decided to go with Radon Diagnostics. The workers arrived a little early and finished up in a few hours. They ended up having to come back to install the fan a little higher, but were great about it. Would definitely recommend them!

They match the price, they do great job, and the test result is great (from 4 pCi/L down to <0.4 pCi/L)! Highly recommend!
