Radon Systems 4U, LLC provides Radon testing and Radon mitigation services in the Southwest Missouri area. We specialize in Radon removal, radon testing along with mold testing and mold abatement services. We are a full service indoor air consultant company. (Local estimates are free). We also do crawlspace encapsulation services. Crawlspace encapsulation is where we go into a crawlspace clean out the trash and (if needed) install moisture management systems and then insulate the crawlspace and seal it off from the soil below which puts a divider between the soil and the house above. By doing this we greatly improve the air quality in the home along with (after the system install) improve the energy usage of the home. These types of system installs have shown a energy savings of up to 18% on a home. "The customer did not understand that there are multiply steps in dealing with mold issues as I tried to explain to him. We provided to him a detailed report from a state certified lab that we have copies of. There are a number of steps in dealing with mold and as the above listed project says: Test for Toxic materials and Mold. which is what we was hired to do and did provide to him. We drove 75 miles to this site and 75 miles back, provided the test results in writing from a state certified lab and provided a verbal consultation on the test results. It is important (very important) to provide for the customers needs but at the same time (no matter how nice we would like to be) A customer needs to understand that this is a small business and we must be paid for any additional work we do over and above what has already been agreed upon. We are sorry that he feels the way he does and wished that the situation was different, I hope he gets the issue that he is dealing with corrected properly."
