Tom was the contact person I dealt with, Good communication back and forth, showed up when he said he would and even on time (very refreshing). He completed the job when he said he would and so far as I can tell he did an outstanding job. He came over to my house and looked the job over and gave me a price, and when he did the work he extended the gutter another 10 feet at no additional cost. He said it would looked better to extend it and when I got home I saw it and I agreeded. I'm a VERY particular consumer and I don't recommend without merrit. Great job Tom!!!!!

Very professonal service. After cleaning my gutters realized that they quote was too high and actually lowered my price! Very honest and nice company to work with. Definately recommend using this company.

Tom was quick to return my call. He was able to schedule an appointment very quickly. He did arrive about 1 hour late to the appointment.... but he did arrive. I guess for a contractor that is a plus! He took about 30 minutes to clean my gutters and said he would call me in the fall to see if I want the have a repeat service. For me, a reminder call is very helpful! Overall the experience was painless!

raindrop enterprises gave plenty of info on what was needed to do the job and why it was needed, sured up problems that existing gutters and downspouts did'nt address, also addressed some other problems not related to gutters when noticed,courteous,, punctual, very professional. we were very haooy with the service.
