Had to have a siding company completely redo the job.

"This review came as a complete shock to me. Customer asked to have this VERY SMALL repair job done as "cheap as possible" and with the used siding that was available on-site. I fabricated a piece of aluminum to enhance the repair and the customer approved the job before I left the job site. As far as I knew, this customer was fully satisfied until I received this rating. I stand by my work and wish I had been given the opportunity to learn they were dissatisfied and do what I could to make it right."

Very professional and thorough. Raintaker is an owner/operator business which is great plus in terms of all work being done by the owner rather than an 'employee' who may not always work at the same high level as the owner.
