CONTACTED US IMMEDIATELY THEIR TECHNICIAN (MARLON WILLIAMS) WAS THE MOST POLITE AND RESPECTFUL YOUNG MAN I HAVE DEALT WITH IN A LONG TIME. EXPLAINED EVERYTHING AND THE COST BEFORE TYHEY STARTED.

1st plumber that came to home was not knowledgable, damaged my TOTO toilete and flooded bathroom. Provided feedback online, and was immediately contacted by Rapid Rooter. The agent was extremely apologetic & wanted to correct any mistake that had been made. The company replaced the damaged toilet and the second plumber did his best to clean the damaged toilet and allowed me to keep it to use in another bathroom. Dorothy, customer service rep and George, the plumber sent to fix the problem were fantastic. I recommend this company. They want satisfied customers and go out of their way to ensure that you are.

To my surprise they came within an hour of my call. The gentleman who came was very professional, assessed my needs and got right to work. When the truck was delayed this service man stayed on site until it arrived; almost 6 hours! They even followed up the next day. I plan on continuing to use this company in the future.

Easy going guys but that really try to up sell. When I was very clear as to what I wanted he was very respectful though.

Fast and prompt, explanation of service detailed and would call them again. Went above and beyond the call of duty to clear the second clean out to make sure everything was okay.

The person that did the pumping was very helpful and worked very hard. We would recomend because of him. I think the fact that you quote was hight when the first person left and then we had a call to lower the price was a little bad. I felt like had we being given the best price the first time there would not have been any notications. The price was fine at the end. Also we were told on the phone that had we like the price we would be given when they came out the first time that it would have been done then which was not true. These are a couple of items that need to be address.

Rapid Rooter was prompt, got the Permit, arranged with the City Inspector, very friendly, I needed to have the SewerLine replaced, since most of them where from 1947. Great Job done.

Arrived within one hour after my phone call to the company - the gentleman that came was very nice and explained to me the problem. We had just bought out house and the painters had washed their paint brushes in the kitchen sink letting all of the paint go into septic tank .He flushed out the paint and septic tank was cleaned and he let me see it when he was finished - I could see only clear water at the bottom - everything was fine. By coming right away they saved our house and our new carpet from ruin. I would recommend to anyone that if they have problems to call Rapid Rooter. Thanks. Judy S.

The guy was late and then went to the wrong place, but he was a good guy and hoinest with me snd done a good job. the thing I hated about all except one of the 3 companies I was ghiven as choices was that only one would give me a quote ove rthe phon. the other 2 one of which I sued only because I had been there all day, pulled out the pay structure book. Ithink that is a load of nonsense and in the future I would take the guy who gives me a quote over the phone and then talks to me about it whne he gets to me if there was any other issues after he assesede the situation. So ther you have it. Only reason 4 stars is because the job got done.

They were quick and helpful, we hadnt done anything w/septic in 5 years so it needed to be pumped they also upsold us to power wash it, prob didnt need this total cost around $300.

I contacted them for a persisting problem, they came back and at no charge investigated why, it turned out to be that within the one toilet the pipes were a non standard narrow type, that did not accommodate large waste and needed plunging on an ongoing basis. I purchased and installed a new toilet, problem solved. the company was very cooperative and I would highly recommend them and will use them if needed, again.

Service performed with a fast response to my call and the job was also performed quickly.
