Contractor Ray Woods did an excellent job repairing a small roof over-hang and replaced a door frame and wood trim around the front of the house. He was open to any last minute change orders to the original contract agreement. Good quality work was provided.

Ray was great he came out right away and was competitive for our repair. I felt that his roofer went above and beyond working on my roof like it was his. Hopefully they will be competitive when the reroof time comes.

We had hurricane impact windows & french door installed throughout the house. The windows are a huge improvement, and Ray was able to accomodate my schedule and get the work done a week early. They had to come back twice to adjust the french door.

I was going out of town at the end of the week and Ray managed to have all the work completed so that I could enjoy my vacation. His prices were very resonable and the work of high quality. Mr. Woods called right away regarding my roof leak and came by the next business day to give a free estimate. He was very courteous and professional. Within several hours, he had emailed me a written estimate for my review. I hired Mr. Woods and he was out within several days to complete the repair and did a great job. I am very particular and expect exact work. The price was good but the work was less than I expected. The estimate Ray quoted was exact but the time to complete the work took two days instead of one and the worker left the job site several times and was absent for long periods. The cut work was not exact and the job could have been much better had they replaced one single that was left rusted. I had my brother, a Master carpenter, take a look and he said it was good work but not exactly how he would have done it.

Replacement windows on 50's-era home: Ray was professional, prompt and helpful, with zero sales pressure and excellent information. He gave me honest prices and several options, then he his crew delivered as promised (overdelivered, actually - they ran into unexpected problems and fixed them without complaint or extra charges). Even though the job took longer than expected, they worked with our schedules and did a superb job. Not only will I recommend him, I already have! After the job they did for me, I doubt I will even shop on my next project. I have FINALLY found a Florida contractor who delivers!
