Never finished job. Dave Readinger cashed my checks for materials and labor and never provided materials or finished the project . Said it would take 3 weeks to finish job and was months until he was even halfway done and then never came back or finished it. Horrible experiance. Had to pay double to finish my project and hire someone else to finish it. As well as lose money for materials I already paid for.
Response from Readingers
"WHAT LEAH DOESN'T TELL YOU THAT I WAS THE HIRED TO FINISH WHAT SOME ONE ELSE STARTED I WAS HIRED TO FINISH BY ADDING A ROOM ADD BASIC ELECTRIC . INSTALL WASHER DRYER I ENDED UP BUILDING A CLOSET FOR LAUDRY BUILDING A BATHROOM RUN ELECTRIC FOR BASEBOARD HEAT .ALSO ALL MATERIAL SUCH AS DRYWALL WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THERE I HAD TO RUN FOR MATERIALS AT NO EXTRA COST . FROM THIS I RECEIVED A MINIMUN AMOUNT OF LABOR WHICH DID NOT PAY FOR MY SUB CONTRACTOR LET ALONE MY SELF. WITH HEALTH PROBLEMS I INCURRED I COULD NOT PAY TO HAVE MY SUB CONTRACTOR FINISH THE J0B 95% OF DRYWALL WAS ISTALLED AND TAPED ALSO HALF OF THE MATERIAL MONEY WAS RETURNE"

He was thorough, showed up every day until completion, and left my house in a clean state everyday. The quality of his work was excellent and his prices were completely reasonable. I am very pleased with his work!
