He has been here 3 times. Each time hours late for his originally set appointment. He replaced a very expensive AC /furnace motor. 2-3 weeks later we were not sure that the unit was performing correctly. He came back out and charged us another 78.00 for a service call. This should have been included with the original over $1,000 repair just weeks earlier as I had paid 2 service call fees already for the first 2 times he was here. He was polite but repeatedly late and charged us costly service calls for each visit.

Repairman was able to come out the same day he was contacted and was able to fix the air conditioner. I was amazed. (It was great that I did not have to wait and schedule appointment for the following week!) Fees/prices were very reasonable and competitive. We were extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend to others.

Quick response to call for service.

I was very happy with Jim and his crew. They gave me the best price overall. But, I had chosen them before I even got my quote. The minute I met him, his personality just hit home. I definitely will recommend them!!

He was very understanding of our need me out that same day to provide the parts and help us fix our problem. Even though it was the coldest day of the yar I did not have to worry about the problem being fixed.

I had a quote from a company I was familiar with. Real Comfort was not only excellent, they were $3000 under the other company's price. The service was more than I expected and I was thrilled with their company.

Easy guy to work with no problems.

As far as I know, he did a fine job. However, I am in Massachusetts and the unit he worked on is in Columbus, so I have no idea on cleanliness etc. He did call and give me an estimate and the cost was what he said and he was nice. Bill sent online, which works well for me.

They responded to my needs as described promptly and economically. My system was servicable and they put it back in working order while here for a diagnosis. Their recommended options were clearly explained along with any benefits and downsides. I plan to call them for any future work or upgrades.

He informed me of options that saved me money. Got me up and running very quickly. But if I had a improvement that would benefit the company is to have the tech not be so direct with whats going on with the people in the house. He was trying to just be friendly but ended up embarsing my son about something he did in school. Will I let him service my unit again? Yes I would.
