Excellent overall. Estimate was well in line with several others, an honest assessment, and Mike (the owner) did not try to sell me on services I did not need (I had non-working upstairs and downstairs A/Cs (2 separate units) and just replaced the upstairs one, on their advice). The one unit cools the house fine. The installation for my replacement A/C took 1 day, as promised, and Mike came back a few days later to inspect the work & do a walk through. I was very pleased with the quality work and plan to use them for my yearly A/C and furnace checkups.

Terrible, unprofessional, wasted $105. I made the appointment clearly indicating that I had a refrigerant leak needing repair. The office told me that repairs had flat rates per their rate book. The repair man was completely unprepared to deal with a leak. He did diagnose that I indeed had a leak. Duh. He estimated the repair to cost no more that $800 but was unwilling to give a flat rate contrary to what I was told. He vented the remaining refrigerant to the atmosphere, which is illegal. I called another company for their opinion. They made technical sense and were clear about their rates. They came out and repaired the system for $450.

It took two visits to fix a leak. It costed over $800. But the work was well done.

Service rep barley did anything to servie heating unit. Service rep was not familiar with type of heater. Rep said there was only one filter even when we pointed out on the user instructions pasted inside the furnace that stated 2 filters and gave the dimentions of each (in BOLD print). We later found and replaced the second filter on our own.

Angela in the office was good. The did the work and cleaned up after themselves.
