Hank was fantastic. He inspected our potential home as if he was buying it. We were involved in the entire process. He educated us about different positive and negative things he saw. We left very secure in where we needed to get professionals in for repairs or where we needed to get more information. His customer service was excellent and we had a complete report within 24 hours. We would recommend very highly.
