They did a good job. They showed up on time, got right to work and stayed with it untill the job was done. I will use them again for any of my heating and air needs in the future.

Had gotten 3 estimates and this was not only the best quote, but felt the salesman/owner was very honest as well. He didn't try selling me the higher rated seers as others had and told me why. After reading information online, what he told me agreed with what other heating and air professionals were saying. Another of the quotes I had received tried selling me on a much higher pricest unit and said, it really mad him mad to hear someone told me I didn't need that high a seer. The installers were very nice and I totally trusted them in my home. Again, I appreciate Red Star's honesty and am recommending them to my parents and friends.

Tony came out right away and had the units checked and serviced within 45 mins. Loved the fact that he wasn't trying to sell me on new equipment but pointed out some items that we will need to watch for this summer. Will use him again when I need repairs or replacements.

Great to work with. They called me back, showed up for the appointment and fixed my furnace. All this with two foot of snow on the ground. Two other companies I tried to call didn't even bother to call me back. The repairs weren't overly expensive either. will use them for a future project too.

Came out at 5 o'clock in the evening when we had had bad icy weather the morning before, fixed our problem in under 5 minutes. Cheap price, and the repairman showed me what he did to fix the issue!

From scheduling the appointment to getting the furnace repaired was very smooth and professional. Travis kept me informed on the part that needed to be ordered and upon returning with that part, he was in and out of the house in a very efficient manner, and it didn't cost an arm and a leg, which is something we had feared. The call center received my call at night (past 8pm) and sent someone the very next day. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and was able to figure out the source of my leaking AC right away. His job is top notch. I highly recommend them.

Repair tech did a professional job, was very knowlegeable, efficient and friendly. Had great confidence that the repairman knew the equipment thoroughly andhe had it fixed in very little time and without hesitation and guesswork experienced with another company some years ago. . Can not say how pleased we were with the repair and the results.
