Fixed my dryer in a reasonable time. Did not overcharge.

Cheap, efficient, helpful--good value

The folks that come out are courteous but they seem to fly by the seat of the pants. If you allow them to buy the parts for you, you will pay almost twice the fair price for the part. Their labor costs are not to bad. I had an icemaker problem which never got fixed. They said my icemaker was bad so replaced with another one. When that didn't work they said it also was bad and replaced it with another new one. That one also doesn't work but I didn't bother to call them back. I researched the problem online myself and found out the problem was with the emitter boards so I ordered them online and fixed it myself. There are probably types of appliances they are good at but icemakers isn't one of them. To sum up they are good people who have reasonable labor rates but make a good deal on the parts they bill you for.

They were very quick to come out and handle my situation as we were leaving for FL the next day. I couldn't have been more pleased. I will definitely be calling on them again in the future.

The technician did a very good job, he was pleasant and friendly. The person who scheduled the job on the phone was rather rude. They quoted me a time window between 9 and 11, however, the technician didn't arrive until 1.

Anthony came earlier than scheduled (I liked that). He removed the oven, found the problem, ordered the part, replaced the oven and said he would return the next day to repair it. He returned the next day (again earlier than scheduled), replaced the part, checked to make sure it was heating. I was very pleased with his work ethic. If any more repairs are needed I will ask for Anthony.

The tech had no tools! He showed no interest in trouble shooting the problem!

Got the repair done as quickly as feasible given the part supplier's stocking issues. Even managed to get the freezer working before getting the necessary part to fix the fridge, so we at least had some cooling options while we waited. Gave us some advice for the future when we need to replace this fridge with one that will last longer. Very helpful and quick, professional, good work.

Slight mixup in arrival time, but it was corrected and the washer was fixed. The price was below other estimates. I would recommend this company to all.

Joseph recommended we replace our washer. I just wish the retailer that sold me the washer offered the same forthright information. I hope I don't have to but I would call them for future appliance problems.

Inspected the refrigerator and recommended to replace it as it will cost more to repair the refrigerator.

Got the appointment time mixed up

The service technician Anthony Baldwin came when he said. He replaced ice maker the next day. The price was great!!!! And it has been working ever since. I would recommend them to my friends.

The only reason I don't rate them higher is their failure to return to complete the repair on the day they promised. I was told they needed a part and would return the next day. They actually came back 3 days later, not because they did not have the part, but because they forgot.

Repair person was friendly, came early which I liked, told me I needed a new ice maker, DID NOT UNPLUG THE REF. WHILE HE WORKED ON IT. Installed, heard water go in tray, found water on floor before he left, went back to the back again, said it was repaired & if I had TROUBLE call. Ice maker did not work, called him, said he would be out Sat. between 10 to 12. NO SHOW. Will never use them again, my bill was $249.63. I do not trust this company & the repair guy's name is Anthony C.

The repairman was prompt. He didn't have the part & had to go get it. It was the wrong one & he had to get another one but the 2nd was was less than the 1st one he got so the cost was less than the one quoted.

Technician showed on time. Price for service call didn't change. I was given the option to get the parts myself as not to extra. It was a strange diagnoses I needed two knobs to return my dryer back to working order.

Joe and Brad were very responsive to our need to have the stove installed as soon as it arrived (in order to have it by Christmas). We called them the day before it was scheduled to arrive. Brad arrived shortly after the stove, installed it with no problem and saved the Christmas holiday!!

Contacted REDO on Saturday to repair a broken freezer. Was told that someone would respond within 2 hours. Technician arrived an hour later, diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate and advised me he would have to pick up a part. Within and two hours of my initial call my freezer was repaired. Best service I have ever experienced. Definitely would used them again.

Very professional and I would call this Company for any repair.

He was very nice but was running behind after I had taken off work to be there when he told me he would. He didn't have the part I needed but picked it up and returned the next day, which was Saturday, at no extra charge than his quote the day before.
