Fantastic Experience! Paul contacted us within an hour of our inquiry and answered all of my questions. He followed up a few weeks later to schedule. There's currently about a two week wait time, which worked out for us. He called the night before to confirm and discuss some last minute details with us. He also called during the morning to let us know he was running about an hour late (prior job, we had the 11am time slot). When he arrived we all realized we had to take our toilet out, and he waited while we pulled it out. The job was done quickly and with minimal disruption. The tub looks great, and I have the guarantee in case of any issues

Paul wasn't feeling well, but he showed up when he said he would and worked steadily for several hours to carefully prep my 50-year old kitchen sink and drainboard, and to cover the entire kitchen with dropcloths. A few minutes later, he called me in to see the gorgeous results - it is hard to imagine that it could ever have looked this good when new. The next day, he called me *from the hospital* to answer a question about how to remove some overspray which had fallen behind the microwave oven which he had let me leave on the countertop against his better judgment. [remove everything!] Pencil eraser finally worked. We are very pleased.

The person quoted me the cost and estimated the time for completion over the phone. They confirmed appointment to complete the work and showed up as agreed. They were neat, clean, and efficient plus, best of all, the result was beautiful. My 1960s blue tub is now shiny, pristeen white and this has changed the entire look of the room.
