"Neither of my people smoke so I'm not sure where the cigs came from. I wish you would have contacted me if there was a mess so they could have come out and cleaned up. I promote clean work sites constantly and have a problem when my people leave a mess. If this happens again, please notify the office and they WILL come out and clean up."

WE HAD REVIEWED 5 CONTRACTORS AND WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH MIKE THE THE GENTLEMAN WHO LOOKED AT OUR BATHROOM THAT NEEDED A SUBFLOORING REPLACED AND ALSO VINYL COVERING. WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED WHEN THE 2ND PIECE OF WOOD THAT WAS LAYING ON OUR GRASS WAS NOT PUT ON THE FLOOR ON DAY ONE THUS THE MOLDING WAS NOT AT THE PROPER LEVEL NOR THE VANITY BUT THE OWNER WAS VERY GOOD ABOUT GETTING THE WORKMEN BACK OUT TO DO THE PROJECT AS IT WAS STATED IN THE CONTRACT SO THAT MADE US VERY VERY HAPPY. THE ONLY DISAPPOINTING FACT WAS THAT WE WERE NOT ABLE TO CHOOSE THE VINYL PATTERN FOR FLOOR. THE WORKERS WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND REALLY LIKE THE OWNER.

We had to wait awhile for the estimate. The work was scheduled for Wednesday, August 1st. They called to reschedule. I'm hopeful that I will be satisfied with the work. They have been professional and courteous even though there have been a few delays.
