Reliable Handyman

Overall satsfactory work and service. Some issues came up that was out of their control. The incorrect parts was sent by the distributor thus delaying the install. Reliable Handyman continue to follow-up with me the arrival of the correct part. The job was completed the next day after part was received. Also. although the job was small and the mess was small, no cleanup occured. I consider this minor because of circumstances. Hard to tell, maybe a little pricey. I probably would use Handyman again.

Reliale Handyman was on the job immediately, repaired or replaced all the screens in a very timely manner at a reasonable price.

Told repairman that the sliding patio door did not open easily, he shattered the window. After he arranged to replace the window he offered to split the total cost in half (had to replace both halves). Manager said there was no screen. Last weeek I said we needed a screen manager has yet to return the call.

Robert was on time and completed the job within his estimated time and for the price that was quoted.

House Doctors was professional, responsive and reliable. I'm very happy with the work done and the price I paid. The reason they didn't get a 5 star review is because they mis-measured the glass window being replaced causing me to have to take another half-day off of work. It was an honest mistake IMO which they took complete responsibility. I'd use them again without question.
