He is very down to earth, very trustworthy, very friendly, was great and above to get job done on time. There is no advertising for their company, here about him from a neighbor. He is great with the product and just excellent at windows. They are 25% to 40% saving on their products. They matched the style we had before, very pleased with John and his workers, did a great job.
