He was very nice. He did a great job although for the short amount time he was there it was a little costly but what a great job and a nice man.

Water Heater - Repair or Service
Response Plumbing sent a young technician over, whom did not seem to have much experience. The young man had to repeatedly call for instructions. The price was extremely exhorbitant. Initially, the problem was misdiagnosed and the wrong part was replace. I was then qouted an outrageous price for the correct replacement part, which turned out to be a valve. I bought the valve myself for a fraction of what i was qouted. Response left the job havint NOT repaired the waterheater and charged me two-hundred dollars. I had it replaced by a different plumber. I would never use Response again, nor would I ever recommend them.

Rick showed up on time and completed the repairs in a professional manner. He made every effort to explain the process prior to beginning any work and kept me apprised of the progress at each level. The area worked on was cleaned up sufficiently at projects end and had we not lost a key fixture to age and deterioration the overall costs would have been much closer to the target budget I planned for. All in all I was extremely pleased and would hire Response again for my plumbing needs.

We had him replace a valve. Small job but will be later interested in having bathroom remodeled. I do believe rates for plumbing are very high these days so when rating budget and value I believe there are no plumbers that would rate higher than fair today.
