We got quotes from 3 different places and went with RG because Greg spent the most time with us explaining the options and checking over the house. And they were a little cheaper as well. It took about a week for them to finally call us back to schedule the install, but I think they were swamped with clients with no heat. The guys who installed the furnace were extremely neat, clean and professional. Overall, we had a great experience.

All three contractors recommended were prompt, efficient and professional in thier initial contact, the bidding process and follow-up. R & G kind of stood out, however and I was more than pleased with the installation. As to whether I made the right equipment choice or not, we will find out if this weather either warms up or gets colder
