Richard Massa Architects

Richard Massa Architects is a complete architectural and design firm with extensive experience in both residential and commercial projects. Our portfolio is a testament to the diversity of our interests and talents, as well as to our willingness to take the creative lead on every project we undertake. Taking the lead, however, does not mean acting entirely alone. Richard Massa and the entire team at Richard Massa Architects believe in forging strong relationships with clients, listening to their needs and wishes, and encouraging a free-flowing exchange of ideas. Collaboration really is the key. While the architects and designers at Richard Massa Architects guide the work from vision to completion, the client's input -- your input -- is integral at every stage of the process, in order to ensure your project's success. The designing and building of a renovation, a new home or your own business space is an organic process that, when well handled and wisely planned, can be among the most rewarding of your life. Be patient, research your options and, before committing to any construction or renovation project, think about what you want. Throughout the planning and building process, Richard Massa Architects can also provide crucial help with nuts-and-bolts issues. They can conduct site studies, secure planning and zoning approvals and help with (or simply take care of) an enormous array of building and bureaucratic details. Interior design and architecture are intricately linked, yet ultimately distinct practices. Just as an architect is far more than a drafter of blueprints, a designer is much more than a decorator. In fact, designers like those at Richard Massa Architects have a thorough knowledge of architecture as both an art and a practical discipline. Designers today often have training in fire rating classifications, building codes, acoustics and sound transmission and scores of other aspects of construction. As licensed architects, the team at Richard Massa Architects brings vastly more design knowledge and experience to each project than is required of interior designers alone. Ultimately, interior design is not merely a matter of what color to put on the walls or what texture the carpets ought to be -- although those, too, are key considerations. Part decorator, part historian, part psychologist and part artist, designers like Richard bring all of their skills to bear in order to create functional, aesthetically coherent environments. As established architects and experienced designers, the team at Richard Massa Architects expects nothing less. Richard Massa Architects accepts projects with construction budgets in excess of $ 150,000.00. For more information, please review our Website by using the link on this page or give us a call.
