Frank was great. He was a knowledgeable and friendly professional who found the problem right away. Since it took him no time at all, he willingly answered a number of my other plumbing questions and even helped diagnose what was wrong with my dishwasher, so that I can be prepared when the service technician arrives to fix it. I liked him so much i had him come out on a seperate occasion to upgrade my kitchen sink and faucet.

Quick response to reported problem and assessment. Repaired the leak quickly and at a very reasonable price. However didn't install a shutoff valve at the main. I would still recommend the business as very reputable. Thanks!

I was very pleased with the super job they did for me. They got right out to my house, had the parts to fix my leaking hot water heater, and did so right away. I mentioned the hot water shutout valve didn't seem to shut off the water. They also had a better shutoff and installed it at my request. They were very friendly and polite. Before leaving they recomended a way to get the mildew that had started growing on my wall next to the water heater. "I AM A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER" !

I was just planning a job, needed a new faucet, new house, I am sure you know the whole story! So, I jump on this site, I post my needs, and I get ready to sit back and wait.... and I never really had a chance to do that! Frank, from Rite Job, responded very quickly, was knowledgeable and got the task done in a short time. My toilet was flushing slowly and he diagnosed it as build-up of scale from mineral deposits. Gas line installed 2 1/2 feet past where I had marked where I wanted it. I was asked if one foot past was okay, and I agreed. But 30 inches past?
