Very professional. Responsive to questions. Fair estimate. Pick-up and delivery of furniture was easy. They repaired an antique dining table and chairs. The furniture is over a 100 years old and was falling apart. I struggled between paying for repairs or buying new. The River Bend Studio team worked some magic! I am delighted with result. I recommend River Bend Studios highly. I will gradually get the entire dining room set refinished. Thank you Bill.

The job was more expensive than I anticipated but the results were will worth the cost. The piece is gorgeous and will stay in the family for years to come. It was done as gift to a grandchild and I'm so happy so have chosen a craftsman who obviously takes pride in his work and recognized the sentimental attachment we had to the piece.

The work they did was top notch. However, I would have given five stars if they had two people to pick up and drop off our futon frame rather than depend on one of us to carry the frame to and from the house. They also need to leave a contract with estimate of cost and time to completion so that we have some idea of when to expect a return. Those are just some small deficiencies of professionalism to an otherwise great job.

I had a great interaction with this company, they were prompt and courteous, and even though I did not use their services this time...I will certainly use theme in the future.
